Online rental payments are fast, secure and convenient. You won’t have to worry about the check getting to the landlord on time, and you can save the time it takes to hunt down an envelope and a stamp. Log on at any time – day or night – and pay your payment. At Valley Oak, this helps us to minimize late rental payments and protects our tenants from late fees and additional charges.
If you notice a slow leak in a faucet or an appliance isn’t working, complete an online maintenance request. This sends information about the problem directly to our team. We’ll gather as much of the preliminary details as possible online, which will save us time getting the right professional over to your property.

If you’re outgrowing your current apartment and you’d like to see some single family homes, we have listings available.
